APSCo OutSource is pleased to announce our upcoming Members Meeting on March 4th, 2025. This exclusive event, sponsored by Indeed, will feature key updates on important policy changes, including the Employment Rights Bill and upcoming regulations, as well as insights on workplace wellbeing.
We are excited to have Brian Huggett, Managing Director of APSCo OutSource, kick off the meeting with an introduction and his thoughts on the current industry landscape.
We’re also delighted to have experts like Danny Stacy, Head of Talent Intelligence, UK at Indeed and Tania Bowers, Global Public Policy Director at APSCo, leading discussions on critical issues that impact our sector. Danny will delve into the importance of workplace wellbeing and its impact on both employee satisfaction and organizational success. Danny will explore the business case for promoting mental health in the workplace, offering practical strategies for business leaders to implement initiatives that boost morale, reduce stress, and cultivate a culture of well-being. His session will provide valuable, actionable insights backed by real-world examples.
Tania will provide an in-depth update on key policy changes, including the Employment Rights Bill, upcoming regulations affecting the sector, and developments in government policy. Tania will discuss the implications of these legislative changes for our industry and the importance of continued engagement in policy discussions to ensure that the recruitment and outsourcing sectors are appropriately represented. She will also cover key upcoming legislative changes such as umbrella regulation changes and the establishment of the Fair Work Agency.

Brian Huggett, Managing Director, APSCo OutSource
Brian brings a wealth of experience from his time in corporate talent sourcing and recruitment roles, with a career spanning prestigious organisations such as PwC, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon, Lloyds Banking Group, and Deutsche Bank. Throughout his career, he has successfully rolled out global and local Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programmes, built new offices across Europe, and managed the transition to IR35 regulations for large contractor books. As the new Managing Director of APSCo OutSource, Brian is dedicated to driving the growth of the recruitment outsourcing sector and ensuring APSCo OutSource remains a key influencer in shaping the future of the industry.
Danny Stacy, Head of Talent Intelligence, UK, Indeed
Danny is widely recognized for his dedication to improving workplace wellbeing. Over the course of his career, he has used his extensive knowledge and experience to deliver actionable insights and research, helping business leaders enhance employee happiness and overall well-being. With a background in project management for the UK government and consulting roles for LinkedIn, Danny brings over 20 years of expertise in workforce development. He is currently the go-to person at Indeed for sharing their story and leading conversations around employment practices. Whether speaking at industry events, participating in global webinars, or engaging in conference discussions, Danny uses his platform to advocate for healthier, more productive work environments.
Tania Bowers, Global Public Policy Director, APSCo
Tania leads APSCo's engagement with Government departments and other stakeholders, representing the interests of APSCo members in policy discussions. She’s a key figure in driving legislative changes that benefit the recruitment and outsourcing sectors.
