Brian Huggett is the new Managing Director of APSCo OutSource UK. Brian brings 25 years global talent acquisition experience, including 20 years as an end-user client in various Global Recruitment Roles.
Having started his career at an independent, London recruitment firm, Brian moved into inhouse recruitment where he successfully implemented and leveraged RPO and MSP partners at an impressive list of international companies: PwC, Goldman Sachs, BNY, Lloyds Banking Group and Deutsche Bank.
Brian has a passion for helping others and with the myriad of economic and employment legal changes facing the industry, he is committed to helping OutSource Members prosper, harnessing his end-user perspective to create even more value for existing and new members alike.
Adam Hawkins

With over two decades of recruitment industry experience, Adam is a trusted advisor to leading recruitment firms across the globe. His team partners daily with the recruitment sector to arm them with unique solutions and insight trends from LinkedIn’s 800 million global members, to help them find the best talent for their client.
Prior to LinkedIn, Adam spent 18 years at The Adecco Group in numerous executive leadership and board member roles. He has worked and lived abroad for 10 years where he gained unique exposure many global staffing markets and managed a multitude of differing business.

Husayn Kassai is the former Onfido CEO and Co-Founder, achieving unicorn status in 2020, sold in 2024 (largest UK AI exit, previous record set in 2014 by DeepMind). He’s a WEF Tech Pioneer; Forbes Contributor and “30 Under 30”; BA in Economics and Management from Keble College, Oxford.
