Meetings & Events

We host a variety of in-person and virtual events designed to provide actionable insights and meaningful engagement for our members. These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Quarterly Member Meetings: Our quarterly forums bring members together to engage in discussions on critical industry issues, including market trends, evolving buyer preferences, and strategies to advance the outsourcing agenda. 
  • Leadership & Innovation Meetings (Twice-Yearly): These sessions connect members with special guests from the OutSource Client Community, including talent and procurement professionals, as well as leading technology providers. Together, we explore client objectives, address shared challenges, and drive innovation across the sector.
  • Policy Group Meetings (Twice-Yearly): A key purpose of OutSource is to advocate for our sector with a unified voice. This group, led by our Global Director of Public Policy, meets to discuss lobbying efforts, review progress, and shape responses to government consultations. Additional meetings may be scheduled to address timely policy matters.

  • Partner Webinars: In collaboration with our Trusted Partners, we regularly host webinars that dive into key industry topics. These sessions offer valuable insights and practical advice to help members stay ahead in an evolving landscape.

  • Executive Dining Events: We also organise exclusive dining events, including opportunities to dine at prestigious venues such as the House of Commons. These events offer a unique setting for members to connect with industry leaders, engage in high-level discussions, and foster influential relationships.
