Leadership at a Defining Moment for Recruitment Outsourcing

The recruitment outsourcing market continues to evolve at pace. Client expectations are shifting, governance frameworks are tightening, and technology, including AI, is increasingly embedded into workforce delivery models. At the same time, organisations are re-evaluating how they structure, scale and manage their external workforce strategies.

In this environment, the APSCo OutSource RepComm leadership must extend beyond operational insight. It must provide strategic clarity, sector credibility and a forward-looking perspective on how the profession adapts to structural change.

As RepComm Chair, Jessica will work closely with APSCo OutSource and committee members to ensure that member priorities are clearly articulated, emerging challenges are surfaced early, and the voice of the recruitment outsourcing profession is confidently represented within wider industry and policy dialogue.

 Experience Across Enterprise Workforce Solutions

Jessica brings extensive experience across recruitment process outsourcing and enterprise workforce solutions. Her background reflects deep understanding of governance, scalability and complex client environments where operational resilience and stakeholder confidence are critical.

Her appointment comes at a point where workforce strategy is increasingly board-level. Organisations are balancing cost control, compliance, agility and innovation, and the recruitment outsourcing sector must continue to demonstrate both capability and strategic maturity.

 A Member-Led Profession

APSCo OutSource exists to ensure the recruitment outsourcing community is collectively represented and professionally supported. The RepComm structure remains fundamental to that mission, providing peer-led insight drawn directly from senior leaders operating at the forefront of the market.

We would like to thank members who engaged in the voting process. Active participation ensures APSCo OutSource continues to reflect the needs and future direction of the profession it represents.

As the shape of tomorrow for recruitment outsourcing and workforce solutions continues to emerge, Jessica’s leadership will help ensure APSCo OutSource remains future-focused, authoritative and aligned to its community.

We look forward to working with her throughout 2026.
