This in-person workshop with your peers brings together APSCo OutSource Members, Trusted Partners and end user clients to explore, collectively, as a profession, how we manage sudden increases in hiring demand, while maintaining control, quality and trust.

What we’ll be exploring

The session will give you the opportunity to explore with peers and other subject matter experts the core challenges and opportunities to managing spikes effectively. These theme s include:

• Creating bandwidth at speed
  How organisations can scale delivery more quickly during spikes and what typically breaks under pressure.
• Technology and AI as force multipliers during recruitment and external workforce spikes
  How technology and AI are being used today, where they’re adding value, and how they can be applied responsibly at scale.

Through rotating roundtable discussions, attendees will explore these themes, share real experiences and practical approaches from both provider and client perspectives.
