Event Details

In response to popular demand, this event is now a live webinar, giving you direct access to expert legal insights and practical strategies for navigating the Employment Rights Bill, MSP frameworks, and future workforce planning, all without the need to travel.

Is your external workforce future-proofed?

With rapidly evolving workforce regulations and geopolitical shifts reshaping employment practices, organisations are increasingly turning to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for a comprehensive workforce strategy.

The Employment Rights Bill (ERB) introduces new obligations, including the requirement for engagers to provide "guaranteed hours" contracts to direct and agency temporary staff after just twelve weeks. This shift makes strategic workforce planning more urgent than ever.  As businesses adapt, service providers must also navigate shifting expectations and contractual complexities, creating both challenges and new opportunities in workforce management.

Join industry leaders managing external workforces, alongside the service providers who support them, for an exclusive discussion on these global trends. This summit offers a rare opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and prepare for the future.
