APSCo OutSource Awards for Excellence 2026: Guide to Success

Written by APSCo OutSource | Mar 9, 2026 9:49:21 AM

The APSCo OutSource Awards for Excellence 2026 celebrate the organisations shaping the future of recruitment outsourcing, RPO, MSP and external workforce solutions.

These Awards recognise leadership, operational excellence, governance and client impact across the professional outsourcing sector and they are designed to reflect the full breadth of our community.

Whether you operate at enterprise scale or within the mid-market, the APSCo Outsource Awards are for you!

Success in outsourcing is not defined by size, but by impact, innovation and the ability to deliver for clients in complex workforce environments.

We understand that the past year has presented varied challenges across sectors and client groups. Growth alone is not the measure of excellence. Judges will focus on strategic leadership, service quality, governance, resilience and measurable outcomes - not financial performance in isolation.

If your organisation has strengthened delivery models, embedded responsible AI, enhanced compliance, improved client outcomes, or demonstrated exceptional team leadership, we encourage you to consider submitting an entry.

To support you in preparing a strong submission, the APSCo OutSource team has compiled 12 handy hints and tips to guide you through the process. You can also read more about the Awards criteria and categories here.

12 Tips to Strengthen Your Entry

1. Understand the criteria thoroughly
Judges assess directly against the published criteria. Ensure your response clearly aligns to each requirement.

2. Plan your word count carefully
Our online portal enforces word limits. Structure your response to ensure clarity and precision.

3. Focus on evidence, not marketing language
Avoid promotional or generic statements. Judges are looking for substance.

4. Support claims with measurable outcomes
Where possible, include data. For example:
Instead of “We improved delivery performance”, state: “Time-to-fill reduced by 18% across enterprise MSP accounts over 12 months.”

5. Avoid copying website content
Marketing material rarely provides the operational depth or measurable detail required.

6. Use structured responses
Bullet points and concise paragraphs can improve clarity and strengthen your submission.

7. Include all requested supporting documentation
Attach testimonials, case studies or compliance evidence where required. Additional validation material can also strengthen your entry.

8. Answer the specific question asked
Tailor your response directly to the category focus.

9. Be accurate and authentic
Shortlisted entrants will attend face-to-face judging. Judges will explore your submission in detail.

10. Prepare your judging representatives
Anyone attending the judging session must understand the submission thoroughly.

11. Select attendees strategically
We recommend including a senior leader who can speak to governance, strategy and measurable outcomes.

12. Review rigorously before submission
Proofread carefully and ask an independent colleague to conduct a final review.

Whether you are delivering enterprise-wide workforce programmes or specialist mid-market solutions, this is an opportunity to showcase the strength of your organisation and benchmark your performance against the highest professional standards in the outsourcing sector.

Make sure to submit your entries before the closing date April 28th 2026 on our awards platform.
